Once you receive your filters, please do not remove the protective hygienic wrapper until you are sure that they are the correct fit for your spa. The hygienic wrapper must be completely intact for us to be able to process a refund for you should the filter not fit.
Castle Hot tubs advise cleaning your filters with once a week with a product such as AquaFinesse Filter Cleaning Tablets. However if your spa isn't in continual use you can wash on alternate weeks instead. We also advise keeping a spare set of filters to alternate usage.
