In most instances our hot tub engineers will be able to repair any problems you may come across with your spa, whether or not you bought it from us. Our team can also provide deep clean and spa winterisation services.
As Wales largest stockist of Hot Tubs we also have a wide range of chemicals, filters, spare parts and accessories at very competitive prices. For this reason Castle Hot Tubs have become the UK’s first choice one stop hot tub shop! Stocking a wide range of chemicals to help you maintain your hot tub water in tip-top condition, we also provide expert water care advice and a free water testing service at our showroom.

With ever-increasing energy costs, the affordability of running a spa is an important consideration. Castle Hot Tubs are a credit broker, with credit provided by Hitachi Personal Finance. Only a small deposit is needed to secure your hot tub.
