Supposed to be semi-retired, but still working hard, Dieter is one of the founding directors of Castle Hot Tubs. He is in charge of product procurement and dealing with our suppliers.

Like Dieter, Sally is also supposed to be semi-retired but is still working hard. Sally is one of the founding directors at Castle Hot Tubs. With many years of experience in the industry Sally has a great knowledge of water chemistry and can help you out with any technical water question you may have. You’ll often find her in the kitchen cooking something yummy for the staff.
General Manager
Yan has worked in the family business since January 2012. He is the General Manager of Castle Hot Tubs keeping an eye on all the different departments, now based in our Johnston showroom. Yan enjoys taking part in the technical questions of hot tubs and spas regarding parts and repairs. He’s a walking encyclopaedia of everything hot tub related. Fact: Yan is a PADI diving instructor and lived in Mexico for 7 years.
Water Technician
Disney fanatic Sarah doesn’t drink pints or play football but she’s our water girl! Fact: Sarah has been to almost every Disney Land in the world and loves to Salsa dance.
Operations Manager
After owning her own café for several years, Jen joined us temporarily to help out when Covid-19 first started, and we just haven't let her leave.
Duty General Manager
Rhiannon has worked with us since May 2013. She speaks English and Welsh, is PA to Sally and also deals with the logistics of our hot tub sales. Fact: will NEVER say no to a Strongbow!
Distribution Manager
Paul is our distribution manager and has worked at Castle Hot tubs since February 2012. Heading up our packing team Paul is in charge of quality control, he is also our ‘go to’ man when it comes to anything computer related! Fact: Paul used to run his own pub, he also has one of our gorgeous kittens that we rescued in 2016.

Football mad Toni is a massive Swansea City fan and would put his football knowledge to test against anyone!

Sonny, also known Bwrw Glaw as to his colleagues is our excellent spa tech looking after hot tubs in beautiful Pembrokeshire. Sonny has completed training from Gecko and Balboa and is also a PHTA cetified hot tub technician. There is nothing this man cannot fix after a good nap!!

Rumour has it that Mark is an awesome dancer, but talk of a future appearance on Strictly Come Dancing is unconfirmed. Mark is our head spa technician in Swansea and has completed training from Gecko, Balboa and also hold the PHTA certified Hot Tub Technician cerftificate.

Josh is one of our hot tub install crew members. This one might look scary, but he’s a lovable rogue with GSOH, all his own teeth and a tendency to be a bit peculiar. Ask him about his Disney tattoos
