Hi Sally Thank you for all your help in setting up my hot tub. You made it so easy. As for the AquaFinesse its so simple to maintain it makes owning a hot tub a real pleasure. I must tell you about my mother in-law who has suffered with eczema for over 40 yrs and has been to specialists, London clinics and several hospitals, used numerous creams and lotions without success. In the end she had to resort to steroids to help maintain the symptoms. I gave her some AquaFinesse to try and within 2 weeks of using it to soak her hands in, there is a significant difference. The poison has all gone and the skin is healing. her hands are softer. In fact, its the best they have ever been! Thank you for supplying such an amazing product. I would be only to happy to recommend it to any one with a hot tub and eczema having seen the difference for my self it truly is a quality product. many thanks

Just to let you know that six months down the line we are as pleased as ever with our Exeter hot tub. The pleasure and relaxation the hot tub provides is wonderful, and available all year round without leaving our garden. Sally I hope this email finds you well. Just to let you know that the hot tub is in an up and running. It was installed late last evening by Phil and Syd. They did a fantastic job and made a difficult task look very, very simple indeed. They are clearly very proficient at what they do and the way in which they manoeuvered the dolly truck is an art form!! Would you be so kind as to pass on my thanks to these two guys and let their boss know how very pleased we were with their work. The tub was off the lorry and working within one and a half hours. Many thanks to you and your team also for the excellent service and making our dreams come true!! I am now a proud owner of a Master Spa LSX. What a machine, unbelievable. We have had ours for a month and not missed a day in it. We looked at and tried various makes including, Catalina, Arctic, and Spa Form. By far and away the best for features and price was Master Spas. The trip to Mill Hill from Gosport in Hampshire was well worth it, but now for all of us on the South Coast there is a showroom at Winchester. At last check six models to try, with space for more. Just bring your swimmers, towels, flip flops and robes provided. As fo Sally very friendly and helpful, no pressure loads of help and advice. Superb.....
